About
Who
I’m a software developer based in Mumbai. I’ve spent building systems — backend architecture, IoT, integrations, the kind of work where the details matter and shortcuts compound. I’m drawn to problems that require patience: untangling inherited complexity, making systems that actually hold up, building alongside teams rather than tossing code over a wall. I care about doing things right, even when “right” means stopping to think, or admitting I don’t know yet.
Why This Site
Most portfolios show the highlights. This one shows the wreckage. “Niti” (नीति) is about the right way of doing things. But you don’t find the right way on the first try. You find it by digging through what didn’t work. I call these “excavations.” They’re not just failed projects; they’re the source of everything I actually know. Honest documentation of the incomplete is more valuable to me—and perhaps to you—than a gallery of polished finish lines.
The Bridge
If this resonates and you’re building something that could use this kind of thinking, I’d be happy to talk. You can see more about how I work with people.
